Nike Air cushioning runs throughout the full length of this Air Max 97 style, seen here with midnight navy water-ripple lined uppers as well as black mesh fabric accents. Notes of habanero red can be seen on the border of the ankle and across embroidered swoosh tick branding added to both the outer sections and the tongue. Constructed using synthetic leather, a clean aesthetic has been achieved alongside varying textures and contours. Crisp white highlights have been introduced through the cotton laces, a single strip along the upper and a shaped midsole. A translucent section within the outsole houses an elongated orange Air Max bubble and a two tone design can be found on the tread pattern. Adding additional flare to the original 97 silhouette, reflective piping features within the ripple design.
